Refund Policy


If you do not find the product suitable for your pet, we do offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and with its original packaging that it arrived in. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If your returned product arrives without the original packaging, or the condition is deemed unfit by our inspection team, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Do not ship the item back before contacting us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order changes

Please note that we can cancel or make changes to orders up to 1 hour after they've been placed and paid for. In case it's over 1 hour since the order is placed, we cannot cancel the order.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order gets damaged or stolen after a successful delivery, including successful delivery (not limited to) to your door, porch, building's communal area etc, we will not be held responsible and you should be contacting local authorities. Orders are considered successfully delivered if the tracking information shows successful delivery.
